This chocolate polishing machine is widely used for making ball shape products or granules, mixing and polishing. Such as:chocolate polishing, peanut coating, sugar coating, seasoning, producing tapioca pearls, and pelletizing the desiccant & aluminium hydroxide, porcelain ball making, etc.
Structure of Automatic Chocolate Polishing Machine:
This machine consist of main body, worm wheel box, coating pan, heating device, hot air&common blower, electrical equipment, etc.
The transmission process that the motor drive the worm wheel and worm via triangle belt to make the coating pan rotate. Then the material revolve up and down in the coating pan, so that even mixing, pelletizing and polishing can be completed well.
Application of Automatic Chocolate Coating Machine:
This machine can be used for polishing chocolates with various shapes, such as round, oblate, oval, sunflower seed shaped, cylindrical etc, making it glossy, and shining with lustre on the surface. Moreover, chocolates shall look more delicate after being polished. The cylindrical chocolates are usually wrapped by multi-colored aluminum foil, the wrapping paper fits better with the chocolate after being polished, the geometrical structure becomes clearer.
This polishing pot also applies for enrobing nubbly products such as flour-coated peanuts, hard/soft candies,bubble gums,pills,etc.
