Working Process of Almond Cracking Shelling Machine

1. The raw material is fed into the three-level shelling machine via the elevator. The raw materials are first divided into three or more levels according to their size, and then the almonds in each level are shelled.

2. The processed almonds begin to enter the shell kernel separator by the hoist. The machine can separate shell and kernel. One mouth out of the kernel, the other one out of the shell.

Hazelnut Shelling Machine Use Instructions

1. Before use, first of all should adjust the shell machine at all levels of processing roller gap according to the size of the hazelnut kernel.
